To benefit from the WFITN member discount for the WFITN congress 2017, you will be asked to provide your membership receipt dated in 2017.
If you attended the WFITN 2015 without subscribing for the membership in 2017, you’re not entitled to the WFITN member discount this year.

Registration cancellations must be made in written form to the Congress Secretariat.
Before  September 1, 2017  80% refund (20% processing fee)
After    September 1, 2017  No registration refunds will be made after this date

As an alternative to cancelling, you may transfer your registration to another member of your organisation, subject to a

Euro 30 processing fee.

Confirmation of Registration

Participants will receive an acknowledgement of their registration.
Reservations will be finalized and confirmed only after having received the payment by Weco Travel Ltd.

Letter of Invitation

If you require a letter of invitation please notify the Congress Secretariat.
Invitation is only to assist participants to obtain travel grants, visa, etc. and does not imply any commitment of the Congress Administration to provide financial support.
